What type of payment do you receive?

We provide a wide range of payment options for your convenience. They are: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Paypal, Australian Money Order and Bank Transfer/Internet Transfer. All you need to do is to choose which one suit you best at Checkout.

How long will it take to post the items I've ordered?

Our standard preparation time is 5-7 business days before we post the items via Registered Post. However, please note, for some type of payment, such as Bank Transfer and Internet Transfer, the preparation time start after payment is cleared. After we post the items, standard Australia Post delivery time applied.

How secure is your internet payment?

Our online transactions (Credit Cards and Paypal) are run by Paypal. Paypal is the official payment processor for Ebay. In this way, we don't even see your credit cards details. Your details are kept securely by Paypal.

I'm interested in "Coming Soon" items. What do I need to do?

Please contact us to register your interest. We will let you know the details and estimate of when the items will arrive.

Where is your store located? I want to see the items for myself.

To keep our overhead down, we don't operate a shopfront. However, should you wish to see the items before you buy, simply contact us and make an appointment (we are located in Glenhuntly, Victoria).

Can I come and pick up my order instead of having it sent?

Yes. You can contact us and make an appointment for a pick up. A $5 Handling (Packaging) charge is required and will be added to your total order. To do so, choose "Pickup" on Shipping and Handling details on the Checkout page. We require payment to be cleared before picking up. (For your information, we are located in Glenhuntly, Victoria).

Is there a minimum number for a purchase?

No. However, our system and Postage and Handling calculations are set-up for bulk-purchase. Should you want to purchase one or two items (for sample etc.) please contact us directly so we can give you a more appropriate Postage and Handling charge.
